COA (Club Officials Administrator)
Contact the COA if you have questions regarding your personal journey as a volunteer official. Reach out to this role for registering as an official, leveling up your officiating rank, reviewing clinic certifications, checking training records, and finding upcoming officiating clinics.
COC (Club Officials Chair)
Contact the COC for anything related to working on the pool deck during active competitions. Reach out to this role for signing up for specific swim meet positions, fulfilling your required volunteer sessions, requesting on-deck support, getting structured mentorship during a meet, or attending local mentorship clinics.
Registrar
Contact the Registrar for all initial onboarding and registration logistics. Reach out to this role for registering a new or returning athlete as a swimmer, becoming an official member of the Belleville Beast organization, and inquiring about season swim fees.
Treasurer
Contact the Treasurer for the financial management of your family's account. Reach out to this role for reviewing your monthly statements, checking accounts and billing details, setting up payment schedules, or resolving transaction and invoicing discrepancies.
Head Coach
Contact Head Coach Brandon for any matters directly affecting your child’s athletic development, daily training, or deck environment. Reach out to this role for anything to do with swimmers and daily practices, swim meet entries, competitive schedules, learning how to best support your swimmer's progress, selecting appropriate swim equipment, and addressing active conflicts or safety concerns on the pool deck.
Vice President and President
Contact the executive leadership team if an issue cannot be resolved through regular channels or involves high-level governance. Reach out to this role for questions regarding club policies, official procedures, or formal concerns regarding staff.
