Meet three key volunteer contacts who help keep our swimmeets operating, welcoming, and running smoothly.
Meet Manager
The meet manager is a vital volunteer official who oversees the planning, organiation and exuction of all Belleville Beast home swim meets. Working closely with the Head Coach and club executive, this role manages meet entries, coordinates pool facility logistics, and configures the competition software. During the event, they ensure accurate race seeding, handle official time tracking, and publish real-time results to ensure a smooth, fair, and successful competition

COA
The COA is an important volunteer coordinator responsible for recruiting, training, and ensuring every official is properl registered through Swim Ontario. Working closely with Swim Ontario and the club executive, this role tracks parent volunteer certifications and ensures the team meets all regulatory staffing requirements for sanctioned competitions. COC
The COC is an important volunteer official responsible for organizing clinics and managing the officials grid to ensure every lane, stopwatch and official station is fully staffed and meets Swim Ontario regualtions and sanctions.
